In case of ready-to-ship items I ship within 1-3 days. In case of made-to-order maps it may take 2-12 weeks for the shipping, depending on the amount of orders I have in a given moment in time and on the complexity and size of the map ordered.

I put a lot of effort to secure the items in the parcel well to avoid any damage. But if any mishap happens – please contact me.
I ship from Poland via Polish Post Office, this is the standard route I use. In theory the shipping takes 7-14 days, but unpleasant surprises happen and it may take even up to 1,5 month, especially if the parcel goes beyond the EEA area. If you are worried about your parcel – please contact me. From the moment I ship the parcel any issues beyond this point in time are, unfortunately, out of my control but I will try to help as much as I can.
Standard shipping of maps is free.
On request I can order express courier shipping (this route is payable) – in this case it usually takes up to a week for the parcel to reach its destination. Please contact me if you wish to order a courier express shipping.
If the parcel is definitely lost in shipping (confirmed in official response to reclamation) I refund you half of the cost of your purchase. I can not take responsibility for someone else’s fails, but I don’t want to leave my customers with total loss, so I think half-to-half is fair for both sides.
In case of made-to-order maps: half of the cost is non-refundable (non-refundable deposit). If I have made my work properly but for any reasons you want to return the map or cancel the order – that is okay, but I refund only a half of the cost after the undamaged map is returned to me. I refund the full cost only in the case I totally fail to complete the order.
In case of ready-to-ship items I refund the full cost of returned items after they are returned undamaged to me.
